As a Steering Committee member you have the opportunity to assist in the development and implementation of the TAFA’s strategic plan for the upcoming year.
The Steering Committee meets every two weeks at the TAFA office on Wellington St. To find out when our next meeting is check out our online calendar (coming soon).

Have a flair for event planning? Interested in researching or producing materials for TAFA? We are currently looking for volunteers to help out with the following committees:
- Outreach/Communications
- Research
- Events

Become A Department Rep
Departmental representatives play an instrumental role in the union drive. They sign-up graduate students in their departments, assist the steering committee by offering support and provide information updates to members in their department.
Volunteer At The Tafa Office Or Help Out At A Tafa Event
Got a couple of hours to spare? Why not volunteer your time with TAFA?! From stuffing envelopes, making posters, answering phones to helping out a community event we are looking for members to lend a hand (and have fun while doing it)!
